Real Pay · Selling classroom resources (the teacher door)
Is Teachers Pay Teachers worth it? Its real pay, after the fees nobody lists
Fully computableTeachers Pay Teachers is the one hustle where a plan choice changes every single sale. On Basic you keep 55% minus 30 cents a resource; on Exclusive you keep 77.5%. On a $5 resource that is $2.45 against $3.88 — the same work, a different business. This page exists so you choose with the math open.
The part the poster skips: The $0.30 on Basic is per resource, not per order — a bundle of five small resources bleeds more than one $25 unit. And materials you created on school time or with district resources may belong to the district: check your policy, and build off-duty on your own equipment.
